What:

A website run and supported by members for our members.

Purpose:

To provide access to information, ideas, and a forum that will help you enjoy and profit from your time in practice. Most of the focus will be on non clinical dentistry. Did you know that only 15% of our success in dentistry is due to our clinical skills? This support network will focus on the 85% of the necessary people skills that puts us in sync with the person attached to the teeth and the team that helps us deliver our care.

Vision:

Assist you in building a healthy, profitable practice, a supportive team and a more enjoyable life.

Tools:

Training videos, team training modules, speakers providing insight, progressive information, and inspiration.

Why:

Many offices are thriving not just surviving and we need to share what is working so you can thrive too.

A Place to Turn When It Really Hurts:

Often we run into major obstacles in our lives and we want to support those having either a business or personal crisis. Think of this aspect as the Kois Group Coast Guard. To the best of our ability we will get you the help you need. Almost any crisis you are going thru has happened to someone else. Our goal is to draw on the collective wisdom of the group to build and support those in need. We want to create a friends supporting friends environment. Confidentiality will be respected if requested. We want this to be a “safe” environment of support.
