  • Eligible to apply for Mentor membership by participating in the annual Mentor Exam
    • Exam Registration Criteria:
      • Must have attended, or be registered to attend, at least one Annual Kois Center Symposium prior to taking the Mentor Exam. (ie: attendance at the 2011 Symposium gives the ability to participate in the 2012 Mentor Exam.)
        Example: 2011 Symposium registration begins in January 2011. Once you have registered for the 2011 Symposium, you may then register for the 2012 Mentor Exam.
    • Exam Structure:
      • Offered one time per year
      • Limited space available on a first-come, first-serve basis
      • Includes both a Written and Oral examination (contact Kois Center for details)
      • Formal recognition for passing the Mentor Exam occurs during the following year’s Annual Symposium
  • Use of the Kois Center Graduate Title and/or Logo
    • Located in your Kois Center website account on your “My Profile” page, and subject to agreement of the Terms & Conditions
  • Use of the Kois Center Study Group Title and/or Logo
    • Located in your Kois Center website account on your “My Profile” page, and subject to agreement of the Terms & Conditions
  • Contact Information included in the Alumni Lookup page of the Kois Center Website
    • Subject to agreement of the Sharing Information Policy
